If you like Team Gaudy it's a 48, I'm a 42. Actually it's a fine piece of leather but the color..

Would it look good on an old broad? I have a "thing" for leather and not the tissue paper garbage they sell as fashion. Good leather, well cared for should last as long as the owner. I scored the best deal ever on a 3/4 length dress coat. Yeah, black. A co-worker got too big for his Hien-Gerike (spell ?) leather jacket. He gave it to me. I wouldn't be seen in it... red and white no, RED and WHITE. White elbow guards and trim. A shame, best leather there is. Hangs in fore mentioned closet. --- On Sun, 7/5/09, Kyle Munz <[email protected]> wrote: From: Kyle Munz <[email protected]> Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] Re: To: [email protected] Date: Sunday, July 5, 2009, 11:32 PM I've seen some jackets in JC Whitney that are only Black/Silver which is kind of neutral. I think I'll stick with my all black jacket for now though. A black/blue ball cap would be nice though. -Kyle On Sun, Jul 5, 2009 at 10:27 PM, Dennis Hammerl <[email protected]> wrote: Only the enduro coat is plain bluish black without any logo at all. The label is the only indication of origin. It does have a really cool zipper pull. A mini version of the buckle. They marketed a line of Italian boots under the name MX10. Big $$ but fine boots. Shoulda' bought those. I haven't worn shoes since I got out of the Army. I just looked in my closet, Your right. Silver jacket, red Honda logo on black. Snow suit too. --- On Sun, 7/5/09, Kyle Munz <[email protected]> wrote: From: Kyle Munz <[email protected]> Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] Re: To: [email protected] Date: Sunday, July 5, 2009, 11:17 PM I've noticed that Honda apparel such as hats/jackets/shirts usually come with the logo in red. This sucks for guys with black and blue bikes. -Kyle On Sun, Jul 5, 2009 at 10:15 PM, Dennis Hammerl <[email protected]> wrote: That's a Hondaline buckle. They dropped those years ago. I put it out for the sake of the graphics to show how Honda looked at it. Mine is still in it's box after 20+ years. There was a whole bunch of stuff related to models back when Hondaline was big on apparel. I have an enduro coat that's really cool and a jacket. They had a great snowmobile suit for riding in fridged weather. I rode on a 23 degree day to work and people just look at you... I've been looking around for old literature from '78. That's the year the 400 Hawk came out and replaced the old 360. The logos for the Hawk were very cool. Might make a good start for a group logo / patch. I currently use some Honda gloves made for the car divison mechanics, great to ride in this weather. Good grip and velcro fasteners. Honda always made great gloves to ride. I have a pair that have studs on the heel of the palms. My wife thinks they would be best suited to some creep without a shirt that hangs around the mall. Actually, the studs were so you would slide on the pavement and not fold an arm under you. That's a grim thought. oh well, they look cool and are for fall riding (not falling) As for another of those buckles, good luck. Only one I've ever seen. E-bay ? --- On Sun, 7/5/09, steven click <[email protected]> wrote: From: steven click <[email protected]> Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] Re: To: [email protected] Date: Sunday, July 5, 2009, 10:26 PM Dennis I love the belt buckle any chance of finding another or buying one now Steven --- On Sun, 7/5/09, Dennis Hammerl <[email protected]> wrote: From: Dennis Hammerl <[email protected]> Subject: To: [email protected] Date: Sunday, July 5, 2009, 5:07 PM Here's the belt buckle from way back when. I never liked the eagle head but the rest is pretty nice for those still looking for graphics. Simple, no years or models. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
