I about ready to put the Nighthawk away for the winter. I plan on changing the oil and pulling the battery. I'm storing in an attached garage but I had a question about gas. I plan on using a gasoline stableizer and I know I need to fill the tank completely. What I want to know is should I run the stableized gas through the carbs and leave it all winter or should I shut the petcock off and run all the gas out of the carbs and leave them empty. I've heard that if you leave them empty, the seals dry out but leaving gas in the carbs for 5-6 months isn't the best either. Anyone have any suggestions????
