My brother is having issues with his 1995 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500. When he runs it
cold or warmed up, it dies at idle. Easy enough to check there. My question is
from what he is telling me he is only getting 60 or 70 miles per tank. It might
be that it is runing very rich but I have never experienced a bike running that
rich. I know it is a Kawasaki but with that being said, Does anyone have any
ideas on what to check on first?

He is bringing it by on Friday for me to look at it for him and I don't want it
to take up my entire weekend figuring it out for him.

I don't have guages to sinc the carbs but I can do everything else myself. I
just hope I don't have to pull the carbs off
