I have a buddy with the same thing on his Ninja 250R! His is BT45R and they are 
only 2 years old! I've run Bridgestone Battlax BT021 and I never had a 
problem... in fact I really loved 'em. I am running a BT45 on the front of my 
CB750 right now... I'll keep an eye on it. 

 

Maybe there is a way to get bridgestone to replace it?
