Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] Clutch Adjustment

With a lifetime of riding and a still growing collection of bikes, the
little 99 250 Nighthawk I, ostensibly, bought for my son just might be
my favorite ride. The clutch drags a tad, however. Just inconvenient
enough to not be able to select neutral with the engine running when
the bike is stationery. I select it on the roll and coast to a stop in
neutral. I like it to start to engage about halfway through the lever
travel. Other than the cable adjustments at the engine or handlebar is
there any other place to adjust? Or is this, perhaps, a sign of wear?
Thanks, all.
