I'm not at my computer I'll send some links later. But a quick google on rebuilding a motorcycle seat should return good info. We had a thread about this not long ago. I posted a bunch of links on suppliers. Definately use closed cell foam in case water gets in. Lots of people modify their seats to put in gell pads too.
