Can we also say with some amount of accuracy balls of steel and a bit crazy
to straddle one of those things full throttle?  My 450 has ample power for me
these days of my old age...

I love my stepthru aprilla... Sr50 will put me to 55mph (on at good day) and im
300lbs... The aprilla superbike (F1 race series 1 ltr) curb weight is about 400
pounds and 1,000 hp... Can we say balls to the wall acceleration??? 200Mph
easy,
but keeping that pace your looking at a fuel stop every 30 min... Lol

Speaking of bikes, I just finished installing a motor on my bicycle; it has
excellent acceleration when I help pedaling, and I was clocked at about 25 mph
uphill and 31 down.  It's a 1.1 hp Robin Subaru engine and is claimed to get
225

mpg.  It would appear to be a correct estimate.
Well, it's not as fast as my first step-thru 50, but then, it's only 1.1 hp;
the

50 was 5hp; and considering its power and weight, approximately 200 mpg wasn't
bad...
This bike with engine only weighs total less than 50 lbs.
