Well. Getting it running is always a positive sign ;) You really need to clean the carbs, possibly twice. If it won't run without choke then you're not getting enough fuel so something is blocked. As for options for pipes and saddle bags, generic throw-em-over-the-seat saddle bags are the easiest way to go. Pipes there aren't many. A shiny set of stock pipes is probably the best way to go.
