Bought an '83 cb550sc and a parts bike yesterday. Upon checking the vin online, I find that the parts bike is an '84 cb650sc, not a 550 as I was told! My dilemma is that the 650 parts bike is the one with a title and the 550 has none [which is a huge pain in New York State]. What problems might I encounter in installing all the 550 parts [engine included] in the titled 650 frame?
The 650 has a 4 in 1 exhaust that I would like to use on the 550 engine. Thanks for the advice!
