I actually bought it in that beautiful shape. I added saddlebags and the hubby fixed the clutch cable and that is it. She has 23k on her and she is an '86 450cc five +1 speed.
I'm a newbee to motorcycles. I commute on a scooter because it is cheap and I have this gal just for fun. My hubby loved riding so much we got him a Shadow because he prefers the cruiser style. He keeps trying to talk me into taking his and us getting him something bigger but I'm not used to such a heavy bike and I love the NH. What I know about bikes would fit into a thimble so I am always learning from all of the posts here. I would like to learn my own maintenance but since I work full time and I'm in school full time that will have to wait. I'm taking notes however from all of the posts here. Yup, I am a spy...
