Somehow or other, this may not have been posted, because it was in my drafts.
Just some sort of trivia, in case you want to know.  Not to be construed as a
contribution to an "oil thread..."

Did you know that canola - which means Canadian oil - is deodorized rapeseed
oil?
I use olive oil for lo temp cooking, but  with butter - and I do like the
French
- brown the butter before cooking with it.
But, still, I am finding out that coconut oil is better for one's health than
all of the others. Why? because it is composed of medium chain fatty acids, not
long chain, like the others.  Our bodies can metabolize it immediately, not
store it as fat.
There is proof.  Look it up for yourself, don't take my word for it...
Where do I get all of this info?  For the past eight years I have been able to
do a few hours a day of extensive research on the net, on the job, because
there
is not much else to do.  It's a storage facility.  Peole only come to the
office
to either rent a unit or pay for one.  Most either pay by phone or are on auto
pay via credit card or with their bank.
Well, now I have no job and I have even more time.
For all my effort, though, I have discovered how to treat either viral or
bacterial pneumonia, or any viral or bacterial respiratory infection, without
expensive antibiotics and doctor visits.  Including staphyloccocus aureus,
which
is resistant to almost all antibiotics.  That makes it most inexpensive to
treat
my  two sons should they come home with some bug they caught from school -
which
is rarely, because of what they eat and/or just as important, what they don't
eat.
Not only that, but scrapes I may aquire from riding, I can treat and
they display little or no scarring when they're healed.
Only thing about that is that any scars that do remain are so slight, it's not
worth displaying in a show-me-your-scars sharing session.  They make the
accompanying story sound like a tall tale...
