Those pipes are off a 1982 CB750 by the looks - (2 into 2). At least
they are prior to 1983 and wouldn't fit your '83 650.

a 750 nighthawk dont know what year but the question i i have a 83
nighthawk american and i was looking to replace the upper pipes as
they are fairly rough does anyone know if they would match what i
am trying to replace .......?before i make a long unnecessary
journey. oh yeah the tank and saddle pose the same question ..
