for those who are still on the road as the cold sets in, a question : On my 85 650 NH, I noticed that past 30 mph, my front wheel had a back and forth vibration shaking the bottom of fork a bit. Now it is not impacting driving (even at high speed I have no wobbling effects or shakes in the steering). Just a back and forth motion, creating a slight vibration even on plane roads.
