If you mixed it with gas, it must be the old formulation. If I'm reading his post right, the new water-based stuff is meant to be used as a dip (with the carbs dismantled), which defeats its original purpose as a lazy man's carb cleaner (carbs intact).
I remember you guys talking about it, so his comment confused me, unless he meant the new stuff can be used with either gas (carbs in place) or water (carbs removed and dismantled). Hmm.
