When you consider the fact that UV rays from sunlight affect just
about everything -- paint, plastics, tires, your skin, your eyes -- it
makes sense that material exposed to it for any length of time will
suffer damage sooner or later.

Whether 4 or 5 years is the life-span, who knows?
