I was driving down the road in my truck this morning & saw a guy standing beside a BMW with his thumb out, hitch hiking. (It's been a long time since I've seen anyone doing that!) He said he had just gotten his bike inspected & it stopped. Luckily he only lived about 5-miles away. He was going to get a friend & haul it back home. I was glad to oblige. Felt good to help a fellow rider in need.
I'm currently overhauling the front brake caliper on the 550 & waiting for parts. Can't believe it was almost 80-degrees today in Pa.!
