I think he's right, your fully blocked. Fuel line must come off. So you might as well add a fuel filter about $20.00 or so. To get it run well once is important...so spray starting fluid..$5 or so into air filter Carb intake, or take plugs off and put it into cylinder, plugs back and start it.
