It is kinda scary, because you know it had to be sitting for some time, and the bike is not broke in. I would call, because it could be a wife and spouse who was looking at the wrong mile counter. You would probably need to check the compression on the cylinders, but would be a risk. I am thinking the ad might not be correct. Maybe the owner ran it every year, but did not ride it.
