Paul,
           Not to disagree - but I doubt Honda would be customizing
something like the running lights based upon state regulations - my
assumption would be that the running lights are turned on for all CB450sc
models.
           Maybe they aren't required, but frankly - particularly on the
450, I want to have more lights, not less, visible from all directions.
