1984 700 s Issue: try to pull away, and motor sputters at low rpm. No response or power and stalling until above 3k rpm. Not an issue when the bike first starts.
Carbs have recently been cleaned(by my brother not me, maybe he changed something) He also afterwards took it to a shop to have a diagnostic run but they were useless and just said clean the carbs. Maybe electrical? Any ideas on what to look for or anyone had this before?
