Yes. Handy & ugly. Also makes taking the seat off quite hard. I got mine for $35 from Amazon. The best feature is the traversing led lights on the spoiler. It also has turn lights on the corners. Rattles & is not dust tight. Will only hold a 1/2 helmet but I can carry most of what I want or need.
