You might be able to remove the guts from the original to get the 3 wire bulb 
socket.

I finally checked the front flasher to see if they work and they do.
I replaced the turn signals because the original was broken.
The replacement doesn't have daytime running lights on them.

I don't have an adapter for the regular ones being sold.
