There are two sets of jets a small and big and then the air fuel screws and the choke plungers of the small jet is the slow jet it sucks fuel at low throttle till the vacuum increases then the big one the main jet takes over they are very tricky passages to get clean I have burnt through 3 cans of carb cleaner before also check your air fuel screws turn them gently all the way in then back out three turns
