I bought a used tank for Ratbob, and it had old Creeme in it that was like it was filled with dried leaves. I used a can of acetone, it doesn't disolve it but it does turn it into soft rubber that you can fish out with a coat hanger. Yes a 750 tank will fit on a 650 or vice versa, however the 650 tank is about 3/4 of a gallon smaller so it might look wierd mounted on a 750, also it doesn't have a fuel gauge sender.
