Mike,  first of all, tap the carb bowls lightly with a hammer or screw driver.  
See if that stops the leaking. If not, undo the screws in the bottom of the 
carbs and allow the gas to run out and then tighten them back up.  The idea is 
to free up the floats. I would do this a few times if necessary.  They may be 
just stuck from being immobile and/or if there is a little debris on the seats. 
By the way isolate which carb is leaking by the tubes underneath.  Then just 
concentrate on that one(s).  Once you have the leaking stopped, remove the 
spark plugs and dry them, reinstall them.  I would use fresh gas as well. I 
have used stabil before and found it in the bottom of the carbs, preventing the 
bike from starting.  Try all this yourself first.  All it takes is a screw 
driver, hammer and spark plug remover,  Graham
