>From what you describe the PC800 sounds about right for you. I agree that a FI system will be just perfect, but the storage in those things is insane, and they are nice to ride. I think they are perfect for city riding.
Tell the wife you could never sell the NH because of the many memories of the two of you together with the bike, etc etc... The other option is to say yes, I will sell it, and post it on CL for $8k or so.
