Tell me more of this heli coil route ... what, where (part?), how?  I 
almost max out on my mechanical know-how doing a normal oil change and 
haven't invested in a torque wrench yet.  I'm in the same spot ... probably 
stripped oil drain bolt on my '85 650.

Thought I'd check the boards before I headed down the "Rubber Expansion 
Plug" route -
