if you are charging via USB make sure the charger you are using can supply
at least 2.1 amps. The original USB standard was 1 amp, and a allot of
propriety charger that ship with various devices don't even supply that.
But if you are sticking a USB adaptor into cigarette lighter socket you
want the USB 2.0 standard which can charge devices as large as an iPad or
Android tablet. The ones they sell at gas stations are almost always USB
1.0. I bought a pair of the 2.0 dual port car adapters for my wife's and my
car for like $6 shipped off eBay.
