Ken, thanks for the feedback. I was perplexed because the GPS was all right in my car but lost power on my bike. It made me think that there was some problem with the bike. I used the GPS in my car on Sunday and found that it ran out of power and went black in the car, too. I've come to the conclusion that I just need a new GPS.
I took my bike out this past Monday and got pretty lost. Although I was using my cell phone as a music player, I brought up the GPS. I found that I could hear the GPS instructions, and it even lowered the music volume when it talked. Cool since I can't hear the GPS talk because of wind noise and music. Made me think I don't need a GPS at all. Still, I like the "restaurants around me" function on the GPS and its readability in general. Still trying to decide if I want to shell out for a better GPS or not. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
