I recently purchased a nice 250 with 34,000 miles. I also (sorta) own a CD200 which is in a barn in Wales. It was a bit faster than the 250. I haven't visited it since 1995 so some impressions probably are through rose colored glasses.
Has anyone in the group done any simple mods for getting a bit more speed- w/o messing up the character of the bike or making it offensively loud. I may have the larger jets in my bench stock which is the result of almost 50 years of hoarding. I have several larger bikes for travel and touring but like the compactness for just doing 6 miles to collect mail.
