Steve, if you can make your own, then just make the ID large enough to fit around the bolt loosely, the OD small enough to fit inside the rubber, and tall enough for the robber. Not he bushing simply keeps the tank snugly down without crushing the rubber. I have a brand new one, but can't find it. I will look some more when I get time. Later, I think, Honda made these, washer and bushing, all one part.
