I found out about a Ukrainian maker of rear racks from the PC800 list.I ordered one for my PC800 and got it yesterday. Although I only had time to take it out of the box, I can say that it looks to be top-notch in quality. I can't talk about fitment yet, but the online talk has been positive. Hopefully, mine lines up and goes right on.
The reason I mention this is because they list racks for CB750, including for panniers. The CB750 they mention is the European Nighthawk I posted a picture of last year, but the mounting points seem to be the same as 2nd generation 750 Nighthawks. If interested, see what they've got.
