I looked up Bradford Built - logo on the bed. They are a custom truck bed company. So yes someone not only spent the bucks on the bike but then bought a truck and has a custom built bed made for the bike. I love the ladder strapped to the bed. Bottom line - someone who must really love riding and have way too much money.
I don't get trikes. If you can ride a bike buy an older Mazda Miata and install a fold down windshield. You'll get the wind in your hair and have just as much fun without the dangers of riding a bike.
