Was there anything in the oil? You can pull the valve cover to check the chain

(video posted) I'm troubleshooting a noise that goes away when the clutch lever is engaged or the bike is in neutral. With the bike idling in gear on the center stand and applying a little rear brake to create a load, the noise is a horrible grinding sound. So far the clutch and all bearings on the transmission shafts look good. The only suspect at this point is the cam chain guide. Is it supposed to be this loose?
