Has anyone in the group ever had one apart? Actually taken the shift shaft out, is what i mean? It appears to me there's an inner seal on the shaft in all the parts photos & every other I've seen the images aren't very helpful.....if there is & it's leaking, that's got to be the culprit, once so much leaks from the inner, it's only so much space between the 2 & voila, outer seal blows & they start leaking again? Ever since we did mine & found it leaking like 2 months or so after, I've been contemplating just undoing & lifting/titling engine to the right enough to get that dang little case cover off & replace an inner seal IF there actually is one?
