Check for spark on those two cylinders. If no spark, coil is next. If there is spark, it’s back to the carbs. Any leaking gas from the carbs? Did you such the carbs, bit hard if it’s only running on two I guess. In my experience I have taken the carbs apart up to three times before getting a Nighthawk running right on all four. Still 1 and 3, first check for spark.
