Here in Ontario there is a repair shop called the Plastic Surgeon ( no joke). He made me new pins and plastic welded them on for me. I still had to have a bit of body work done to them and painted but it solved my problem. Now keep a bit of grease on them so they slide in and off easily.

I see that the broken tabs on the side panels are an inherent problem.  Is there a way to re-attach the tabs (epoxy or?). There are only two tabs on the rt side red panel of my 85 700s.  Does anybody have any broken tabs? I would try epoxy.  Has anyone tried a plastic fabricator to make new panels? Thanks
