No, it would be a waste of fluid. You need to buy a new battery seems your battery shorted out and it's pretty much donefor. If fluid os coming out of the top of the battery then the plates are swollen or the plates have deteriorated. I would go buy a new one since dead batters can produce a egg like smell which is very toxic if you breath it on to much.
