BTW;

Fusebox is for all lighting and the horn

There are no other bikes that use a similar fusebox unfortunately ugggh

Hello from NE Ohio!

After about 18 years< I pulled my 650 out of storage after my 17 yo son requested we get it running. We have worked through a carburetor rebuild, brake and clutch master cylinder rebuilds and bleeding, brake caliper rebuild, cylinder firing order issue, and slapped on some new tires. We have enjoyed some parking lot rides and racing up and down our street. I can't get over how responsive and peppy this bike is. It even fires on the first crank of the starter.

The last gremlin we have to fix is the electronics; turn signals, display lights, horn, stop light. After checking all the wiring, relays, r/r, and switches, I was able to determine that the issue was in the fuse block. Three of the fuses do not snap into place. Further investigation revealed that the spring contacts in the fuse block are broken. I discovered that after I jailbroke the fuse block. Now I have access to the inside of the fuse block.

I have searched the interwebs and have found about 3 used oem fuse blocks available.

Questions I have:

Has anyone repaired/rebuilt a fuse block?

Does the fuse block/fuse only pertain to electric pathways for lighting on the bike?

Can I update to a new universal fuse block/control system like moto.mo?

I will update with pictures later.
