Greetings.

I have an AF Micro Nikkor 105 mm lens (plus an N70) and from the responses
I got from Nikon Digest, I concluded that I cannot use ES-1 for slide
copying along with this lens. The options now available to me are -

Buy an AIS Micro Nikkor 55mm + pk13 + es-1 (quite expensive when all the
three are put together) or go for one of the tube like devices sold by B&H
or Adorama for about $100.

What I would like to know is qualitative differences (in terms of sharpness,
contrast, color reproduction, etc.) between these options. I will be
thankful if someone who has tried out both these options can tell me the
qualitative differences.

My last question is, apart from the two options that I have mentioned, is
there any cheap way (other than buying bellows) to use AF Micro Nikkor 105
mm and do slide copying.

Thanks in advance and regards.
