Hi! I believe ADR stands for Aperture Direct Readout. It's that little window in your viewfinder through which you can see the aperture setting on the lens' aperture ring. It's meant for seeing the aperture setting when adjusting the aperture manually through the aperture ring. Btw, "IMHO." means "I My Humble Opinion."
