My PN-11 didn't come with lens caps either--I bought the standard body and rear lens caps and stack my extension tubes, with the caps on the ends. (Don't feel bad--as far as I know, even the F5 doesn't come with a real body cap.) If your using the Arca style QR plates, Really Right Stuff makes a plate for the PN-11--it works fine.
