I think we can use other brand polarisers which keep the 52mm thread female
and use a hood of a wider lens.
For instance we can use a B+W polariser on a 28mm/2.8 and use the HN-1
(which is for the 24mm/2.8) instead of the recommended HN-2.
Actually, I'm going to try this combination myself.
