"I do not recommend a fisheye" I disagree. Much of the population in the old desert southwest was centered around adobe missions. Due to the nature of the available building materials, these tend to be long and very narrow. If you stand in the back of one of these chapels and shoot vertical with a fisheye, the distortion is lost in the adobe walls and the perspective can be dazzling.
