I can't say for the F70 specifically, but my SB-28 does the same thing, it's even painful to set it off against your skin. A standard incandescent bulb emits about 90% heat, although I expect the ratio is lower with the strobes, much of the flash power is still heat. Nick http://imperium.bayside.net
