I'm sorry to hear about your trouble at B & H.  I've been dealing with
them for a long time and have never had that kind of problem, but other
people have found that Henry Posner at B & H has been extremely helpful in
resolving matters like that involving your F5 warranty.  Contacting him
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) might be more effective than going through their
regular channels.
