Does anyone here know why the soon to be released AF-S 28-70/2.8D is not compatible with the AF-I teleconverters. Take a look at http://nikon.topica.ne.jp/camera/lense/af.htm if you have a Japanese language kit installed for your browser and you can read Japanese. It says that both AF-I teleconverters are not compatible on the AF-S 28-70/2.8D. Japanese digest members please correct me if I am wrong in the translation. Any ideas why?
