RE: 80-200 f 2.8 ED lens with tripod collar [v04.n330/5] [v04.n331/13]

I am confused.  Are we talking only about: the AF 80-200 f2.8 D lens
with the collar, or all AF 80-3-200 f2.8 D lenses?  How about the
non-Ds?
