I have used the 80-200 f/2.8 Nikkor in the past.  I have NEVER noticed
any halo or light falloff of any kind.  Perhaps it is there, but in the
pictures I have taken it is simply not a factor in the quality of the
photo.  Perhaps, the next time I have access to this lens (I sold mine
a while back) I will take a test shot of the sky just out of
curiousity.  But anybody who eschews this lens for that reason, really
is being misled.

infamous reputation for phucking <with customers.

Do they?  I have ordered many times from CWO and had nothing but fine
experiences.  They will even match B&H prices except for grey market. 
I think the use of foul language indicates the overall low level of
quality and thought that went into the above comment.
