I have become a denizen of e-bay as I rebuild my pre-AI system. There is a lens on sale now that I can find no information, not in the "Moose Book' It is a 28mm f1.8 Ultra Micro-Nikkor. There is a picture and it appears to have the characteristics of pre-Ai lenses (i.e., scalloped focusing ring) It comes in a wooden box that is also shown in the picture. He has a reserve of $350. Is this a great secret or maybe a skeleton in the closet??
